A graduate from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi, Agrima completed her Masters in Applied Counselling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Chennai. She is also a certified Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper. Her comprehensive understanding of mental health concerns drives her to adopt a bio-psycho-social approach to therapy that highlights the role of society, culture and community as important determinants of mental health. She believes that an authentic therapeutic alliance in a safe space is a major tool of shift and growth, and offers a collaborative approach that resembles two people on a journey together to find meaning in perceived chaos. With creativity as her strong suit, Agrima enjoys using different mediums of expressive arts therapy with her clients as it aids in focusing on the process and in reflection.
